As an exhibitor, its your responsibility to understand and respect the show’s rules and regulations, including exhibit booth parameters, insurance requirements, fire regulations, move in and move out guidelines, shipping information and more.

Save time and order your staff badges in advance. Badges can be picked up at Registration.

Exhibitor Registration will open the first week of February. You will receive an email with your login information.

Each company exhibiting at MCEE 2025 gets an e-booth with the following features to display to the public on our website. This information will also be available in our show guide and mobile app.

• Social media links

Log into your account to edit your listing. Note that this is not the same login as the booth sales. If you have NOT logged in to the event portal for MCEE 2025, you MUST create a new account.
Only emails listed as contacts will be linked to the company profile.

Update to a gold e-booth

You can update to a gold e-booth to receive the following extras for $210. To do so, email n.khumalo@ciph.com.

This form is required for booths that are 400 square feet and larger, as well as booths with heavy equipment. Return this form by April 4, 2025.

Exhibitors using design houses other than the show decorator must complete the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form.

Let your customers know ahead of time that you will be exhibiting at MCEE 2025. Our complimentary exhibitor marketing tool kit includes website ads, social media and email signature graphics.

Each exhibitor must provide proof of insurance with the following stipulations included:

• Insurance must cover the entire duration of show, including move-in and move-out dates (April 22 to 26).
• Coverage for liability of a minimum of $2,000,000.
• Certificate holder is:

You must submit your insurance certificate to Noma Khumalo – n.khumalo@ciph.com by April 7, 2025.

You may also purchase single event insurance through our provider: exhibitorinsurance.com.

Move-in and move-out will be scheduled. If you can carry your shipment by hand to and from your booth or do not need a forklift, you won’t need a scheduled time.
